Match Made in Heaven....

Do you ever get so freakin' excited about something scrappin' related and you feel downright cheesy for feeling that way?  That's me right now. :) 

From the  moment I saw the Basic Grey line "Indian Summer"--I was drooling and in love with the gorgeous colors and patterns--so rich---did I say gorgeous already?!

Why am I so excited?  This is one of those times when I'm so happy that I never scrapped these pictures of Brianna from last year!  It was a little Fall Photo Shoot we did --using my outside display.   Can you say "PERFECT MATCH"? 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There's a ton of pictures from this shoot that I dearly love so I'm making me a mini!! 

Until then, I'm camping out at my front door with my coffee ---waiting on Mr. FedEx Man to come with my pretty package. :)

 

Calling All {A}ngels

It's Monday--a new week with a fresh perspective.  :)  How did your weekend go?  Our's was pretty relaxing.  We rented some movies and vegged out in front of the tv.  My favorite movie was "Confessions of a Shopaholic".  Super cute movie!  Hmmm....kind of makes me wonder if I have that problem.  Nah...I just need a little retail therapy every once in a while. :)

And thank you all for your kind comments on my last post.  I apologize---I try to keep my blog an upbeat place.   But, I can't promise I won't need to vent every once in a while..LOL

You know how sometimes, pictures just don't do something justice?  On this layout I did this weekend, that's the case.  It has dimension that you just can't see in the pictures.  There's different types of textured papers on here, including the soft crushed velvet cardstock by Doodlebug. I adore the fabric covered alphas by American Crafts, too.  Because I LOVE using white on my layouts---I went completely white (except for the hint of silver) on this one.   This is Brianna Boo when she was 2 years old and still running around in diapers.  I love her little dimple and it's hard to tell, but she was droolin' (she did that when she got happy and excited)..lol

 

 

Gonna go finish up some laundry before I have to pick up my little angel.  Oh...and today, she rode the "big bad bus" for the first time.  :)
